City Recruitment Services is recruiting Temporary staff for it’s Client. We ensure Clients experience outstanding services from us.

Due to the growth of business, our Client would like to invite passionate Customer Service Advisor & Administrator representatives to work with them. Previous experience in similar field will provide with added advantages. Our Client will offer induction and full in-house training. The Candidates will offer exceptional service, making their each Customers feel special while they avail our Client’s services.

Job Role of a Customer Service Advisor & Administrator:

  • Customer Services over the phone and at the counter,
  • Attending phone calls; (Answering inbound calls. Making outbound calls if required),
  • Replying to emails, scheduling appointments,
  • Collecting documents (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address, Travel Insurance, Travel Ticket, Hotel Reservation etc.) from the Applicants,
  • Taking payment from the Applicants,
  • Soft copies & hard copies of Recordkeeping,
  • Occasionally you may need to contact/visit the Embassy of Spain in London,

The above job role is not limited, you may be requested to assist colleagues within your skills & capacity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team and support team members.
  • Respond to queries from team members.
  • Be able to achieve individual and team targets and KPI.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • This role involves organising & managing the front desk.
  • Be able to quickly build rapport whilst checking and receiving documentation from the individual applicant/customer.
  • You will have daily involvement to contact clients/customers.
  • Confidently enable to advice about the services offered by us.
  • Understanding and anticipating colleague, client and applicant’s needs.
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills with a view to achieving your individual targets.
  • Must be able to work comfortably under pressure and have a passion for results and a genuine desire to be part of a successful team.
  • Excellent ability to show customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication.

Skills and personal characteristics:

  • Experience in promoting services to the Business.
  • Customer service background in a customer-focused environment.
  • Confident communicator on an individual and group basis with excellent interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic with positive approach and manner.
  • General IT skills.

General Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 05:30, we cannot guarantee the weekly working hours.
Overtime will be paid if you are required to stay extra time to complete your daily tasks. We run payroll from 21st to 20th of next month and paid on the last working of the Month.

Starting pay rate:
£11.50 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
