Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – English and Hindi/Urdu Speaking
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant (English and Hindi/Urdu Speaking) for a prestigious household in the heart of Westminster. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals.
This position requires an individual who is fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu speaking and possesses excellent communication skills, commitment to enhance the quality of life, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals. We welcome experienced Healthcare Assistant, Carer and Support Worker.
Job Role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – English and Hindi/Urdu Speaking
- Support with meal service and, when necessary, assist with feeding to promote nutritional intake.
- Aid with mobility, ensuring safe and comfortable movement within the care environment.
- Provide compassionate companionship, offering emotional support and ensuring patient comfort.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs (e.g., temperature, weight) and report any significant changes to senior healthcare staff.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and seating area for patients.
- Accurately maintain patient records, including daily care plans and other essential documentation.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and bed-making to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Administer medications
Skills and personal characteristics:
- Proficient in both English and Hindi or Urdu, proficiency in Sindhi is considered an additional asset.
- Capable of administering prescribed medications
- Demonstrates compassion, kindness, and a genuine desire to care for others.
- Maintains a positive, cheerful, and approachable demeanour when interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Willing to engage directly with the service user, providing hands-on assistance as required.
- Comfortable with providing personal care and supporting patients with daily living activities.
- Able to follow established procedures and instructions with attention to detail.
- Works effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative and independence when necessary.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and empathetic interactions with patients and team members.
- Strong observational skills, with the ability to identify changes in patient condition and report them promptly.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients but not required
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Minimum Qualification Required:
- Care Certificate
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care qualifications
Career progression:

Shift Hours:
Flexible to work 12 hour shifts, you may need to work on certain Sundays and Bank Holidays if required.
Pay rates:
£14.00 to £17.00 per hour depending on experience and shift timing

Credit Controller (Account Assistant)
Previous experience as a Credit Controller (Account Assistant) is required for this role.
Job Role of a Credit Controller (Account Administrator):
- Manage financial transactions and records.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Record keeping of invoices & payments (managing soft & hard copies).
- Scanning, filing and processing of sensitive documents and data.
- Support the Payroll team for general administrative tasks and timesheet calculations & queries.
- Maintaining records of employees, customers & clients.
- Dealing with correspondence enquiries from external parties for invoicing, payments & record keeping.
- Updating and maintaining attendance monitoring systems.
- Managing new employees documents verification and record keeping.
- Processing employee expenses, assisting Accounts team for revenue and VAT computations.
The above job role is not limited, you may be requested to assist colleagues within your skills & capacity.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in vegetarian cuisine, experienced in working in a private household, and capable of delivering exquisite dishes in a structured, refined setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and culinary arts, with the ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team. This role requires a commitment to food safety and quality, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining an efficient and organised kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and families’/guests’ preferences.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for the household (14 to 20 People), focusing on nutrition, flavour, and presentation.
- Design customized menus that incorporate seasonal, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients.
- Accommodate any special dietary, restrictions and preferences while maintaining a varied, creative menu using finest ingredients.
- Maintain food safety standards and hygiene protocols throughout the kitchen.

- Strong knowledge of vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based cooking techniques and skills.
- Perfect attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a private home setting.
- Maintain confidentiality about the family and guests.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, demonstrating creativity in culinary presentation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
- The Chef may need to travel abroad when the family travels abroad for holidays if required.
